Section 01 / General Use

Foundational Agreement

By accessing nutri-consultation.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental or guardian consent. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services in Larissa, Greece, and internationally via digital consultation.

NutriConsultation provides personalized dietary planning and health counseling. It is important to note that our advice is nutritional in nature. While our practitioners are highly qualified, our plans are designed to support wellness and do not replace the diagnosis or medical treatment provided by a licensed physician or clinical specialist for acute diseases.

Booking & Cancellations

Appointments booked via our online platform must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. We respect your time and ask for the same in return; cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee of 50% of the consultation rate.

Payment & Rates

All fees for nutritional plans and online sessions are clearly stated during the booking process. Payments are processed securely via Eurobank or authorized credit card gateways. All prices include applicable Greek VAT unless specified otherwise.

Professional Services & Client Responsibility

Information Accuracy

Clients must provide truthful information regarding their current health status, allergies, medications, and lifestyle. NutriConsultation is not liable for outcomes resulting from concealed or inaccurate health data provided by the user.

Digital Consultation Environment

Online bookings require a stable internet connection. We use secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms for video calls to ensure your data privacy remains uncompromised during the discussion of sensitive health topics.

IP & Content Rights

The dietary plans, recipes, and educational materials provided are for your personal use only. Distribution, resale, or public reproduction of our proprietary methods or documents is strictly prohibited.

Liability & Greek Jurisdiction

Our services are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from the use of nutri-consultation.com or our consulting services will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Larissa.

NutriConsultation does not guarantee specific weight loss or health outcomes as results vary by individual biology and adherence.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific consultation session.
